Columbus' beer scene is booming - more than half of the 39 breweries* here have opened in the last five years and the Columbus Ale Trail is a fun way to explore them! Pick up your FREE copy of the Columbus Ale Trail Volume 4 books at any participating Central Ohio brewery.
Make a purchase at a listed brewery to get a stamp then earn free swag as you progress on the Ale Trail. Your first four stamps will earn an Ale Trail glass. Visit 21 sites for a locally crafted Ale Trail key chain. For those that get stamped at all 39 locations, a Columbus Ale Trail pennant will be waiting at the end of your journey.
Bring your book to an Experience Columbus Visitor Centers in the Arena District (277 W. Nationwide Blvd.) or inside the Greater Columbus Visitor’s Center (400 N. High Street) to redeem for glasses. You can collect a key chain at either The Ohio Taproom (291 W. 3rd Ave.) or from the Experience Columbus locations.
Pick up your pennant at The Ohio Taproom when you reach the end of the trail.
For breweries with two locations only one stamp is required. These sites are noted with growler icons in book and maps. Taproom hours are subject to change, so call ahead to confirm hours.
*2/6/2019 We take the allegations against Actual Brewing founder Fred Lee very seriously and have decided to remove Actual Brewing from the Columbus Ale Trail. Stamps will not be required from Actual Brewing for the Volume 4 brew book and the brewery will not be included in Volume 5. It is our responsibility to hold our partners accountable and we will not tolerate sexual harassment or assault. We support and stand behind the brave women who came forward.
Volume 4 of the Columbus Ale Trail must be completed, and prizes must be picked up before May 1, 2019.
